1. Defect Items
Customers are allowed to return their defected items within 3 days upon receiving. Before returning the items, please ensure you have contacted us.
2. Wrong Item / Size
If you have received a wrong item or size, kindly email us at email@example.com or contact us through WhatsApp and our team will assist you. Please provide us with your order ID and the correct order.
3. Missing Parcel
For missing parcels, customers are advised to contact the courier service. You may contact us for your tracking number and we will assist you accordingly.
Before returning the parcel, customers should ensure the items are as below:
-Unworn / unwashed
-With tags attached
-Ensure the parcel is packed nicely before sending back to us.
